Presentations with Anita

"I love that the undulation exercises are so elegantly simple and that there's no right or wrong way of doing them. . . I'm sharing your information with all my clients and friends."

-- Evelyn Bishop, LMT

"I am still receiving glowing reports from your presentation and members have been sharing their experiences with using the exercises. Looking forward to having you back to the chapter!"

-- Sharon Zack, President, Central Florida Massage Therapy Association

"I am amazed, since Saturday I have noticed more fluidity and less pain in my lower back and hip area and it gets better each day! I have even noticed that my shoulders are becoming more relaxed, less painful!

This is wonderful, I have been in pain for almost 4 years now, and this is one of those rare times when the pain (or my awareness of tight muscles and stiffness) has been gone for more than a day... ! This was my first experience with Undulation techniques and I found them very gentle and effective! Thank you for this workshop!"
