A fun, easy exercise that restores the fluidity of youth by
building flexibility and strength around the spine. In less than 10 minutes a day, you can relieve stiffness, have more energy, and feel better in your body. Anyone can benefit.
Undulation empowers you to relieve soreness, aches, and pains by strengthening and loosening your back muscles. It helps inactive people jumpstart regular activity and balances/counteracts the rigidity that can be created by strenuous exercise.

Sideways Roll #12

The goal of this exercise is to build vigor in your hips and core muscles.
Resist the urge to go for the burn when stretching.
Instead, focus on the balance between your flexibility and strength.

Note: If a movement causes you pain, Stop!
Back up and do the movement up to, but stopping short of, when it began to hurt.
Try some variations. Move less, smaller, or slower whatever it takes to avoid the pain.
