Information - Anita Boser, LMP, CHP

Anita did not invent undulation, but she created a way to
make this fundamental movement pattern accessible to people who don't
feel like they move well. Her practice as a Hellerwork Structural Integrator
includes teaching her clients how to use small movements to melt stuck
spots, especially in the back. She accumulated a variety of exercises
that transform bodies from stiff and uncomfortable to graceful and at
ease.
These exercises developed into Relieve Stiffness
and Feel Young Again with Undulation
Professional
Anita is active professionally, as Past-President of the American Hellerwork
Association and as a member of the International Association of Structural
Integrators and Guild for Structural Integration. She graduated from the
Institute of Structural Medicine in 2001, was certified by Hellerwork
International in February 2002, and has maintained a successful, private
practice in Issaquah since then.
Community
As a member of the Rotary Club of Sammamish, Anita is committed to local
and international community service.
Personal
Anita maintains a busy practice as a Certified Hellerwork Practitioner
and is devoted to her husband and twin teenage boys. She spends her free
time belly dancing and biking in the woods.
